The real bummer about this situation is that:
A. It took all day to cook.
2. I went to the grocery store (with a tired 4 year old) specifically to get all the ingredients for this dish.
3. Point #2 reminded me that I actually need to read, comprehend, and implement all of those damn websites I've book marked on meal planning and effective grocery shopping
D. I didn't have a plan B for dinner.
5. IT WAS DISGUSTING. And further more, it LOOKED disgusting... double gross.
Ok... I can't harp on it any longer, but I do have to admit one more tiny detail. The disgusting "Cowboy Chicken" is still sitting in my crock pot... covered in mold, and eternally continuing to disgust me. I'm thinking about having Joey come over and take it outside, or maybe my mom... I just can't deal. I do not have the strength to face the moldy crock pot monstrosity, and Joey is STILL having a good time pretending to eat it.
Let's be honest... you're dying to see what it looks like in its current state, but that should be a Pay Per View movie at this point, so I'll just show you what it looked like in its fresh-cooked glory
|Cowboy Chicken a.k.a. PUKE!|
eat well, just NOT this.
